COROS Heart Rate Sensor: Battery & Charging Guide

The COROS heart rate sensor delivers:

  • ~38 hours of full operation on a single charge
  • Up to 80 days of standby time between sessions

You can monitor the battery level in your HeatSense app once the sensor is paired and in range. Charging is fast and simple using the included magnetic USB‑A cable, which connects securely to the back of the sensor.

Fast Charging with LED Indicator

When charging:

  • An amber LED light appears—indicating charging in progress
  • The light turns solid green when the sensor is fully charged
  • Charging typically completes in under 2 hours for a full battery

Automatic Power-Up with Wear Detection

The sensor has no power buttons—wear detection powers it on when placed on your upper arm and off when removed, ensuring efficient use without unnecessary drain.

Best Practices for Battery Longevity

  • Only put the sensor on right before a session to maximize battery availability.
  • Avoid leaving the device on hard, hot surfaces or direct sunlight when not in use.
  • Store it in a cool, dry place—and recharge it if left idle for more than a few weeks.

Your COROS sensor is team-ready—built for endurance, comfort, and dependable performance across training and competition.
