Setting up HeatSense takes just minutes. Charge the sensor, strap it sensor on your bicep or chest, download the HeatSense app from the App Store or Google Play, pair via Bluetooth, and you're ready to train. The sensor calibrates during your first 10-15 minutes of wear.
The HeatSense sensor battery lasts approximately 12-15 hours of continuous use, which covers multiple training sessions. Charge it with the included USB cable between uses.
The HeatSense sensor has been validated against ingestible temperature capsules (the gold standard) with accuracy within ±0.3-0.4°C across different activity levels, sexes, and environmental conditions.
