HeatSense currently ships within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international destinations — check back for updates.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Your rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, visit our support page and we'll make it right.
Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. HeatSense is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If a refund is issued, it will be credited to your original payment method minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees. For full details, see our Terms of Service.
